“Train the Trainer” Anti-Harassment Seminar For Human Resources Professionals and In-House Counsel (San Francisco) 4/26/2018
April 26, 2018 @ 5:30 am - 9:00 am
Hirschfeld Kraemer LLP is pleased to offer our “Train the Trainer” Anti-Harassment Seminar For Human Resources Professionals and In-House Counsel in San Francisco on April 26, 2018. (Note this training is also offered in Santa Monica on April 24 and Napa on April 27)
This intensive three-hour program is designed to give you the necessary tools to create and deliver employee training on preventing harassment, discrimination, and bullying.
This live, interactive training will provide:
- Practical insight into the latest legal issues
- Discussion of the types of claims companies are facing today
- Determining the most effective way to deliver live training
- An overview of the contents of an effective training program
- How to utilize interactive case studies and real-life scenarios to ensure training is impactful
- Mock training exercise
We strongly believe that this type of training must be delivered live and in-person. According to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, online training does very little to prevent gender-based abusive conduct. The Employment Law Alliance just released a survey in which more than 90% of employment lawyers worldwide stated emphatically that live classroom training is much more impactful than classes offered online.
Cost: $295 per person. Includes certification, training materials, and continental breakfast. MCLE and HRCI credit available.
