Glen Kraemer Speaks to Veterinary Hospital Managers Association on Assessing and Preventing Workplace Violence

In this session before the VHMA, “Zero Tolerance: The Assessment and Prevention of Workplace Violence,” HK partner Glen Kraemer will present to senior veterinary hospital executives and managers on the assessment of and response to threats of workplace violence.
Drawing on over 20 years of advising corporate threat management teams, Glen will review warning sign identification and behavioral intervention techniques, as well as best practices in managing a “troubled” employee to diminish the potential for escalation.
