Glen Kraemer on Eliminating Workplace Bullying – Association of Threat Professionals Conference
March 22, 2017 @ 3:15 am - 4:30 am
Hirschfeld Kraemer LLP co-managing partner Glen Kraemer spoke to the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals on: “Violence to the Spirit: Essential Considerations in Understanding and Eliminating Workplace Bullying.”
Acts of physical violence in the workplace are often the tragic end-result of an organizational culture that shies away from bullying, intimidation, and status-blind harassment as something that is to be tolerated, if not viewed as acceptable by-products of a high-performing culture. During this program, Glen will explore the starting point of the “pathway to violence,” focusing on the identification and elimination of workplace bullying and status-blind harassment as critical first steps. He will conclude with an exploration of the common traits of effective leaders who create a culture of fairness, accountability, and trust.
