Adam Maldonado Named Partner at Hirschfeld Kraemer
Hirschfeld Kraemer LLP is delighted to announce that Adam Maldonado has been named a partner of the firm.
Adam joined Hirschfeld Kraemer’s San Francisco office in 2020 following a distinguished career as an Assistant DA in both San Francisco and Alameda counties. Since then, he has represented and counseled employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including the defense of single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff actions arising out of alleged violations of federal and state anti-discrimination and harassment laws, wage and hour laws, as well as in matters involving unfair competition, trade secret theft, misappropriation, breach of fiduciary duties, and fraud. Adam represents management in bargaining and labor arbitrations, and defends employers before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the California Civil Rights Department. Adam counsels employers from a wide variety of industries, including a broad array of start-up ventures, information technology, hospitality, banking, finance, and healthcare.

Adam earned his J.D. from University of California Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings College of Law) in 2009 and his B.A. from Whitman College in 2006.
