Benjamin Herold is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on all areas of labor and employment law including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and restrictive covenants. Ben has represented employers across a variety of industries including entertainment, hospitality, gaming, healthcare, and broadcasting, and has experiencing representing and counseling individuals employing household staff.
Ben has successfully defended employers in arbitration at various stages, including full defense victories following hearing and at the summary judgment phase.
Ben also has extensive experience providing workplace trainings on harassment and discrimination, leadership, and wage and hour compliance.
Ben recently obtained a full dismissal on summary judgment of a wage and hour, discrimination, and harassment claim against a major healthcare provider.
Ben is an avid traveler with a taste for good food and wine. When not working, you can usually find him at his local dog run or out on the golf course.
