Aram Karagueuzian is an associate in Hirschfeld Kraemer LLP’s Santa Monica office. His practice includes a variety of employment counseling and litigation matters, such as defending employers in individual and multi-plaintiff actions for wrongful termination, discrimination, and wage and hour violations. He has experience providing support in all phases of pretrial litigation, including settlement negotiations, discovery, and summary judgment.
Aram was previously an associate at a large international firm, where he advised companies on a wide range of domestic and cross-border employment matters, and provided transactional support in connection with mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations.
