Sarah Hamilton to Speak at EAC Seminar on Workplace Violence Prevention: Criminal Background Checks, Policies, Practices, and the Law

Today’s employers not only need to find employees able to do the job, but must exercise due diligence in hiring to avoid workplace violence and ensure a safe workplace. In this presentation, Sarah will review the state of the law with respect to use of background checks, complaint hiring practices, as well as review best ongoing practices to prevent workplace violence.
